Here we go!

Overview
I‘m open for single original character portraits from bust to full body, either digital or black and white pencilled. Digital pictures may have an optional simple background, and both may have extra characters added, all for a small extra fee onto the main price.


Art style
I have my own style cobbled together over the last three years. Right now it comes across as a clean and ‘light’ semi-realism with a few traces of cartoon and manga elements. Kinda hard to describe so have a look at a few things in my recent gallery:

Terms and Conditions
Commissions are open for human to humanoid characters only, i.e. no landscapes, animals, vehicles etc as the primary picture. One character per pic, unless requested otherwise and relatively simple poses only please. I’m pretty open to anything, from sci-fi, war, historical, modern and fantasy you name it.

However, a few things I can’t or won’t do:
-Anthro
-Anything that would be classed as ‘mature content’
-Anything advocating any form of discrimination or extreme views
-Fan art of existing characters- a negotiable rule but preferably your own OCs please

I reserve the right to turn down your request but to be honest that’s quite unlikely so don’t fret!

Price List
Pencil Single Character:
These will be drawn in my tried and tested method of a HB mechanical pencil, 2B pencil and fineliner pen, with later cleaning and edits in Photoshop.

Bust: $5 (i.e. head and shoulders)
Half Body: $8 (i.e. head down to the waist or thighs)
Full Body: $10 (i.e. head to toes!)
Extra Characters: +$0.50 per character to Bust pictures, +$2.50 for Half/Full body pictures

(Pencil pics can be either left as lineart or shaded for no extra cost. Please specify)

Digital Single Character:
These will be relatively simple, keeping the lines intact so no true CG paintings, though I’m well able to colour the lines on request so they’re not all ugly black!

Bust: $4 (i.e. head and shoulders)
Half Body: $9.50 (i.e. head down to the waist or thighs)
Full Body: $11 (i.e. head to toes!)
Extra Characters: +$0.50 per character to Bust pictures, +$3.50 for Half/Full body pictures
Simple Background: +$1

(Digital pics can be left as lineart, cell shaded or airbrush/paint shaded. Please specify colouring and any line style.)

Personality: (What are they like? Simple traits help shape a picture!)
Background: (Any info i.e. life story, nationality, time period, anything! I love to read other people’s OC information)
Detailed Physical Description: (Very important! Things like eye/hair colour, height, build, face, even specific clothes if you have something in mind!)

You could also link me to a previous picture or a sketch of your character. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and my interpretation might differ to yours if I have no visual references! Please be detailed and specific!

When complete I will email you either a high res file- .PSD or .PNG depending on your preferences. This is relevant for both pencil and digital pictures. For the pencil ones, the file will be derived from a high quality scan, later edited and cleaned in Photoshop.

I live in the UK, you might not. So I’m afraid I won’t be able to ship any original copies abroad but can offer delivery to other UK residents.


Payment
This is to be dealt with via PayPal only please using the following procedure. After approving your request I will put together a sketch or rough lineart and email a copy for inspection. If you are pleased with how it’s going then at this point I will request half of the payment. Before the final picture is ready, I will give you a preview, again if you are happy then at this point I will request the rest of the payment before emailing the full picture. You have the right to pull out at anytime in between, with a full refund. Please keep in good contact throughout; I don’t want to start something only for the client to disappear without a trace!
