The very model of a scientist Salarian! Quite literally!

This is a papercraft template for Mordin Solus from Mass Effect 2. To elaborate, this contains files for you to print off and build your own version with.

-------Read Before Downloading!-------

43MB RAR file containing PDO and PDF files to print from or reference. 18 pages and 211 parts. Included are Mordin in both his default and alternative 'loyalty' textures (I have built the alternate one here) with both lined and lineless versions available.

You can open the RAR archive with software such as WinRAR, Alzip, 7Zip. Google is your friend!

You can open the PDO files with Pepakura Viewer downloadable free here: [link]

Please do use this as it's immensely helpful as a resource and will show you exactly where parts go. It doesn't work on Macs unfortunately though.

Difficulty: 9/10 (Construction...*sniff*...problematic. Make sure you have some experience in these things.)

Other notes are that he will probably keep falling forwards. So be prepared to add a ton of weight to his feet, gently bend them backwards or prop them up with something.

Oh man, I'M SO EXCITED TO TRY THIS. And fail miserably. But still, Mordin papercraft = win.

Thanks a lot! Without sugar coating things he's a bit tricky in places :nuu: but correct tools/materials and use of the PDO files will help a great deal!

Hey, this is pretty awesome! Do you know anywhere I can find other models, such as Thane and Kasumi?

Hmm as far as I know, only DaiShiHUN has been making other ME characters on a similar scale: [link]
(Grunt, Blood Dragon armour Shep, Niftu Cal)

There's also some Normandy, Mako and Shuttle templates floating around on deviantArt somewhere.

Cool, thanks. Thane is the main one I'm looking for, or I might even try making it myself if I knew how.

I'm biting off more than I can chew as I've never done any papercraft before ^^; however I'm gona try making this anyway. If I screw up I'll just reprint the piece I was working on. We'll see if I can actually do this.

This is awesome btw! I was trying to find a Mordin action figure online but it seems they're unavailable, so this was awesome to find! Thanks so much!

Goodness, you've set yourself a bit of a challenge then!

Just make sure you use appropriate paper and glue and use the PDO file with Pepakura Viewer for part references (downloadable free, PC only though). Don't worry, I had to remake several parts when testbuilding (the 1st version of the head didn't work well, for example) so there's no shame in printing things again!
