Obsessive history folk may know where the inspiration for this came from. And by inspiration I mean "ripped off and then stylised somewhat" the generically named Rolls Royce Armoured Car used in both world wars. A lot of the available photos show them in use by the RAF's ground forces.
So this is bigger, boxier and probably less practical, zipping through the desert in the inter-war period (and maybe a little AU- I'm not claiming 100% historical accuracy on this ).
Edit: Made the gun bigger, it's supposed to be like a Vickers not a bloody peashooter!
Nicely done My only criticism would be that your lighting appears a bit odd, I feel like the bit just below the gun seems a tad bright, wouldn't it be in shadow? That same spot seems to be a bit strange in terms of the perspective, the right (going toward the rear of the vehicle) angles down and away, yet the other side continues running parallel to it.
I love the speed-blurred background though, looks nice, especially that big bush. The slightly textured look to the metal is also really good, nice and subtle.
Well perpective is why I tend to shy away from vehicles, I'll be the first to admit things are probably off. Thanks for the heads up on things, and trust me, I've stared for a while at that damn turret and roof!
